Feeling lost
I moved away from my hometown and out of my parents house over a month ago. Today I decided to visit them and stay for the weekend and I have really bad anxiety for some reason. I want to go back to where I currently live but don’t want to hurt my parents feelings.
I was wondering if this is natural to feel out of place when visiting your parents or if I’m being weird.
