I need advice really badly

I miscarried a little over 12 weeks in my pregnancy may 27th, I bled for a few weeks after then it turned into brown blood and very small amounts of it. Five days ago I started my period with normal bleeding and today I didn’t bleed (which would be normal for me with a normal period) and an hour after intercourse I started bleeding again out of nowhere, bright red blood. A lot of it to the point where it was dripping down my legs when I stood up.

I’m really concerned and don’t know what to think or do. I don’t have the money to pay to go to the doctor unless it sounds necessary. I just want to know if this happened to anyone else or if I should be concerned?
