So I think I’m falling for my best guy friend 😬. We’ve known each other for two years and have had classes together and are close.

He liked me at the beginning of the school year and I liked him in the fall (we both didn’t know and didn’t share our feelings). In the winter he got a girlfriend (who didn’t like me because we are very close).

We send each other hearts and kissing faces to each other, like ironically i guess? And we are very open and joke around how much we love each other.

He recently broke up with his girlfriend and is over her. I guess my feelings came back and I want to be with him. Like I’m so crazy about him and we text all day now. But how do I test the waters without being conspicuous or telling anyone? How do I know if he is just being silly or if there is a underlined meaning behind what he says?
