just some questions. please answer if you can.

So i haven’t had my period in 3 months. i am not pregnant and i’m currently being tested for PCOS. 2 days ago i thought i started my period but i’m barely bleeding. there is only light pink blood when i wipe or barely anything on the panty liner. I’m not sure what is going but could this be a part of PCOS or something else? anyone have some insight on this or experienced this before.
