grey hairs at 19!!?!?!?!?

so I'm just playing with my hair, which is a goldish brown, and I notice something off about a strand. its so much lighter than the rest. oh its just a light blonde strand...nope...a grey hair. I found 2 more. I'm 19 almost 20. I cant be going grey yet. what do I do????????????

It’s not all that uncommon. My cousin, age 23, has been sprouting great hair since she was a teen. Her mother was the same. 
I’d rather have grey hair as opposed to losing it all and that’s nothing that hair dye can’t fix

Honestly, don’t stress about it. You can’t help what colour your hair grows! 
I’ve been going grey since I was 20, and at first I legit used to sit there with a tweezers and pull them out. I thought about dying my hair grey but it seemed like too much maintenance, so I just lived with it. Now I’m 26 and I have an absolute tonne of greys, and they’re super noticeable because my hair is naturally black. I’ve watched my mother and grandmothers try to cover them up for years and it’s a never ending cycle- I haven’t got the time or patience for that so I guess I’ll be fully grey by age 40 😂

I've been getting grey since 15 I'm currently 30. luckily it blends with my strawberry blonde hairs with my red hairs naturally but they're there. It's genetics.

Nothing to do. It is just life and genetics. My grandma started going grey in HS, was fully grey by 30. At 35 I am about 20-30% grey. I noticed my first one around 22. Just a natural part of life. Unless you just have an exceptional amount of stress (to the point it affects your health) or just a really bad diet, then the only cause is genetics, and unfortunately we don't allow people to be genetically modified to change hair color yet...
