so i think i have a broken heart, it always hurts, i always cry, my ex broke up with me and i been in a depression for couple of months, ..what r the symptoms of it ?

Dying of a “broken heart” happens sometimes, but it’s honestly not common like at all. Too much stress is what will kill, but I know the feeling you’re going through and that’s just your chest contracting because it’s trying to regulate breathing when crying. If you aren’t crying but still feel sad and depressed, your body may just be confused and does that. I get like that all the time

Yup my grandma died but that’s because she gave up on herself and life and she got so bad she had no will to live and let herself die. Thats what they call suit from broken heart
