Morning after pill help !

So I had protected sex yesterday but when he finished he took the condom off and came all over my tummy but he then started to finger me and I’m not sure if he touched it while on my tummy so i started freaking out that there was cum on his fingers and we got the morning after pill today I took it already but what I’m worried about is that I was on my last 2 days of my ovulation days...so my question is will the pill still work even tho I was ovulating ???!! I’m very paranoid and have been freaking out !!
