Breastfeeding and alcohol
Hey mommas, I wanna drink tonight but wondering how long I can I have to wait to feed my baby again? I will be pumping before I start drinking but it will likely only be enough for one or two feedings. I breastfeed on demand so my baby can eat quite frequently. Does it depend on the alcohol volume and how much I have drank? Thanks!
