Signs of pregnancy??

Women with children or expecting... what were the first signs/symptoms of pregnancy you experienced?

When did you realise you were pregnant?

I think I could be pregnant. My period is 7 days late. I have been experiencing lower back pain which is out of the ordinary. I have had some white thick vaginal discharge. I’m having mood swings. & I don’t feel like my period will come any time soon... even though it’s normally very regular.
