Weight loss advice. Please help me!
So I’m 23 years old and I’m a size 18-22. I’m extremely unhappy with my size and I need some advice!
I work 5 days a week and I’m pretty much out the house 7.30am till 7pm. I work as an hourly carer so the activity ranges day to day.
I’m also an emotional eater, I sometimes look forward to being alone so I can binge eat unhealthy foods. Afterwards I just feel sick. The past two years this has drastically cut down and the max I’ll have in a ‘session’ is a small bar of chocolate and something else.
Please can I have some advice on how to change these habits or how you guys got through it? I have a history of bulimia so ive never had a healthy relationship with food 😔
