P.O.T.S (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome?

Question

Any other moms out there with pots? How are you dealing with your heart now pumping for two? 
With my son, my pots virtually disappeared. This baby it’s seemingly worse. 
Are you still taking your medication? Anything you’ve found helps? 
I still do head stands or lay with my feet up to not pass out but I can’t do that all day everyday. TIA

I do. I’m struggling with it and especially with this heat in the Uk too :(

I do and I just have to move more slowly. My symptoms have subsided the older I’ve gotten though and don’t require medication anymore. When pregnant though some of it comes back.

I have it and my tachycardia has gotten worse. I had to wean off my med during pregnancy which was horrible. I also have a loop recorder implanted in my chest and so far no irregularities but I've been staying indoors with it being so hot. hugs!

I recently just learned of Ehlets Danlos Syndrome and POTS. I pretty much self-diagnosed for the time being, and what a RELIEF to know that all the symptoms I experience on a daily basis are connected and have a legitimate reason. Especially the POTS. It drove me nuts at times knowing something was obviously off with me and never really knowing what that could be. Yes, it has gotten worse with pregnancy, especially with the heat. My local store knows me as the lady that's about to pass out each time I come in 😑 Overall,  it's manageable by sitting down often,  getting electrolytes, staying cool, and not oversleeping.
