I try to be confident but irate my body
I try everything to like myself well my body but I still think it’s horrible I hate my body and idk how to love it or feel right In it and even when I do try to exercise or diet I even didn’t eat much at all for a few weeks but I just don’t like my body
opinions honestly?
And what can i do to be happy with myself or get fitter and lose weight?? If you have any tips
