Is it bad to have sex at the age of 13 and be pregnant at 14yrs and 1/2

Update 1: my friend has allowed me to say this but when she has sex at 13 it was rape

Update 2: the sex was safe sex. (Which got her pregnant ) Condom was used but her boyfriend was rude and had put holes in the condom. She didn’t want to get pregnant
