Possible Birth control fail ?

Could it happen ? Could it fail this time.
So he didn’t pull out on time ...I been on BC for about 2 months but this last week I have not been taking the pill on time ! Like 5 hours later and the day we did it ...I was about 8 hours late . 
I Take combination pills 
He wants me to take plan B but last year  I got so sick from it ...

Do NOT ever take plan b while you're on birth control!

it is 99.9% effective if taken correctly so try your hardest to take it on time and carry it with you if you know youre gonna be out and about. but if u let him nut in you there is always a possible chance of pregnancy and plan b can mess you up so if you letting somebody nut in you prepare for the worst
