Is this my mucus plug forming or is this spotting?

I’m 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant and have been cramping on and off with no spotting.  I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw this! What is this?!should I be worried?

Could be mucus plug forming! Did you do a heavy workout or have energetic sex? Both are fine but can work out some mucus/old blood. I wouldn’t worry about it. ❤️

I had this when I was first pregnant! Spotting can be brown or pink or even a little red
