Opinions with anxiety and hormonal birth control???

Hi guys, 
  So since February, I have been diagnosed by a doctor with serve anxiety/ depression. I have the paraguard Iud right now,and I’m wondering if switching to a hormonal birth control could help lower my anxiety? Some mornings It’s so bad I throw up because my stomach is in knots. 
**no negative feedback please, as I’ve been taken off 3 different types of meds for it making me lose massive amounts of weight****

I’ve personally had it spike up my anxiety for the first months taking it, but it really depends on the person.

Hormonal oral contraceptives made me severely depressed and I was also diagnosed with severe anxiety but chose not to take meds because the anxiety was situational and I was at a bad point in my life. 
The BC pill made me feel like everything in life was pointless and there was no point in eating or leaving my bed. 
My Kyleena (hormonal IUD) has almost no side effects except for headaches, cramps, and decreased sex drive and those are rare. I haven’t had any mood changes and I am SO grateful to be off of the pill.
I’ve heard Nuva ring and hormonal IUDs give the least side effects because the medicine is released and delivered in the reproductive system! The implant, bc pill, depo all travel through your blood stream all throughout the body and have more apparent and intense side effects.
