Multiples!?

I tested Friday morning but it was negative. Then I tested Saturday morning twice and got a quick positive. Could this mean that my hormone level is extra strong because of possibility of twins!? Why would I get a negative Friday and a strong positive on Saturday!?

Maybe. But not necessarily. Only way is by getting further bloods/scan.
