Question

so my friends and i want to make a music video. we already chose a song for the video but we‘re noobs at this sort of thing so does anyone know how to prerecord a song onto a computer ? also,if anyone has any other advice on how we can make this video a success that’ll help too. thanks in advance !!

Well for a music video, you don’t want crappy audio quality. Try for a overall cheap microphone that has good quality.
If you already have a high end microphone, get yourself a pop filter, it make the audio more crisp and less “fuzzier.” Pop filters are mostly cheap, I got mine off eBay for 3 dollars.
For software use Audacity. It is a free programs. Record with Audacity and edit your audio there.
This is just some basics that I use. People on youtube that record and produce music probably have a more in-depth guide so check that out.
