STI Horror Story 😭 AM I INFERTILE?! HELP ME 😩😪

So After my period I had this really strong pain in my lower abdomen. Like that shit felt like cramps from hell. So I got up and went to the ER cuz I also felt like I had a fever. I got there and the put me in a room and started running test. I got CT scan and the nurse came a told me with the looks of it you may have to get your appendix removed but we a waiting for confirmation from the doctor. Then the nurse comes back and say my appendix looks fine and we are going to have to look into it more. So they ended doing a pelvic exam,ultrasound vaginal and regularly (The vaginal ultrasound hurt like fucking sword was in my body !). They told me that it everything came back negative and everything looked fine. They just kept me over night just in case it was my appendix cuz my white blood count cells were high. They gave my doxycycline to take for a week while I was home. I took finished doxycycline and I thought I had yeast infection, got the one pill and took it can most of my symptoms cleared. I just knew something wasn’t right by my vaginal discharge, itching, having mild pain abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding after being finger (it was a scary amount of blood). I called the hospital and ask what did they check for with the pelvic exam. These shit heads told me that I had tested positive for chlamydia and gonorrhea but the treated me for them when I was in the hospital ...I immediately got pissed because they told me THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG! I told the nurse I was still having symptoms and I just went back to Er and the gave me a shot and I had to take 4 pills at once. now I’m scared because I don’t know if this situation caused me to be infertile 😭 I know that I couldn’t have had the STI’s for more then 3 weeks because that’s when I had sex unprotected . Has anyone been through this before ? Advice ? I’m only 20 but I know for a fact I want kids in the future 😩
