😱Worried Keto will balance my hormones too well!
So I am starting keto today but Iv been reading how it can balance your hormones and even help some women get pregnant. I have an IUD, the Mirena. Just wondering if anyone experienced it being rendered useless against healthy fertile hormones! If it is then I’m so finding another way to loose weight
