Did This Happen To Anyone Else??

Ok so I took a test and it said I was meant to wait 3 minutes and read the result. I didn’t even get to start timing before there was 2 lines. As soon as the urine got to the test area there was a line? Can this happen? Im wondering if it was a buggered test or if my HCG levels are quite high?

That’s exactly what happened to me the day after my missed period on February 23rd. I am now 23W5D pregnant. When I did go to the doctor my HCG levels were really high. I went to the doctor the next week & I was a little over 5 weeks by then. My HCG levels were over 17,000. There was a yolk sac & gestational sac but no fetal pole or heart beat. My doctor was concerned I have a blighted ovum, a missed miscarriage, since my levels were so high & the heart beat & fetal pole couldn’t be seen. The doctor said that’s probably why the lines came up bright pink so quickly. She had me wait another week & have another ultrasound done just to be sure & that following week the heart beat was 132. I was so upset that entire week thinking that the pregnancy wasn’t viable. Thank goodness everything turned out ok & it was just to early to see so yes your HCG levels may be high & that could very well be a reason that the lines came up so fast.
