Period cramps 😫

So I have excruciating pain on my period and I can not use a hot water bottle because I have erethema ab igne or however you spell it so my doctor says not to use a hot water bottle. I only have a shower in my apartment and that helps a bit but when it’s my period I can’t even leave the house as the pain is unbearable. If anyone had any tips on how to relieve the pain other than taking pain killers as they don’t really work
