Extreme pain in nipple
I got engorged almost two weeks ago and I am still in pain. I had white milk spot on my nipple that I tried to lance to get any milk stuck out. The white part doesn’t hurt that much but the nipple part above the white spot hurts so much. My shirt touching my nipple hurts. Please any suggestions to ease the pain.
