How’s your nursery coming along??

I’ve been worrying about getting the nursery started. We need to do a lot to it (new flooring, built in storage, paint, plus buying everything). I’ve been waiting for my man to take the leap and get it started. Last night I asked the hubby when he wanted to start working on it, and he said “whenever you’re ready”. 🤦🏻‍♀️. Apparently we’ve been waiting for the okay from each other 😂😂

this weekend. I really want to prime this room as this is not at all the color I want, regardless of gender. Husband wants to wait until we find out the gender (August 11th). I think it's a girl and this is the gist of what I want if it is.

But at least the extra crap is out of the room. 😁  I should be happy about that.

I’m literally moving twice before baby gets here 😭 we won’t have a nursery for a while. Our lease is up and every house we’ve tried getting has fell through for one reason or another and I’m really trying to not end up stuck in another apartment lease throwing away money for another year. We’re moving into my mother in laws house this week and staying until we finally find something.

my second child is still in that room. she will move in with her big sister next may and then I'll throw up the boy decorations and move him in there. all the furniture is there just gotta put the side back on the crib.

All my rooms are full here lol, I have a 4 bedroom house so the baby has to stay in my room till she’s older and can go either in her sisters room or I’ll see if my boys wanna share a room. My oldest boy says he really wants Gryffin in his room and the age gap is 7tears and almost 2 years but my oldest does everything with gryff and my daughter on the other had is a tad ocd and needs her thing the way they are or her anxiety goes threw the roof so I’m not sure yet lol. So no nursery for me haha.

For the first few months at least we’re going to be in the same apartment and will have to share the room with baby boy, but when we move I’m so excited to decorate haha. I plan on at least putting a couple things up in our room for the time being though

sharing room with baby. got the crib up today. we have a dog that we want to be used to the smell of the baby, so we are allowing him to sniff thru baby clothes, blankets, crib ect. we have been washing the clothes and blankets at least once a month so the scent is fresh for the dog. hoping the transition wont be too bad

Planning on moving my little guy into his "big boy", so I have to start that before I can redecorate the nursery for the baby. Plus have to move all my craft stuff out of his new room. Loosing my craft room 😥.

This is my second so my nursery is finished bc I just added another crib to the room. There’s also a recliner now. The walls are pink and there’s only one picture on the wall. My first is a heathen and anything above her crib will instantly be ripped down. I’ll decorate more when these 2 move to big girl furniture. I instead fully decorated their bathroom.
