White globs in my #2
Gross but true... Two weeks ago I started training for a marathon and so I started paying closer attention to what I ate. I generally eat pretty healthy, but now I'm making sure that every meal has a balance of veggies, carbs, protein, and fat. I'd say I'm eating more veggies and fruits than I had been before, and ever since my poop looks like a big pile and has no shape, and there are gross white globs in it -- it kind of looks like toothpaste (but it's not because I don't swallow toothpaste, and even if I did it wouldn't digest like that). When I look this up online I get scary results like colon cancer or IBS. I doubt I have either of those: I'm a healthy 21 year old female and I even got perfect blood test results and perfect abdominal ultrasound two months ago after recovering from mono. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THESE MYSTERIOUS WHITE GLOBS ARE?
