Does breakthrough bleeding ever end?

I’m new to the pill and taking it so I will have a period every 3 months. Upon starting my 2nd pack I had about a week of breakthrough bleeding. Has this happened to anyone where their body just got used to taking the pill that way after a few months? Or should I just come to terms with it and take the inactive pills to have a period once a month? Any feedback is appreciated 😊

It can take 3-6 months for the side effects to subside. Since you’re only on your second pack, I’d give it at least one more month. After that you might want to consider switching brands if the breakthrough bleeding is still a problem.

same with me ,I started for the first time ever last month and my period only lasted 3 days and I have been on break thru bleeding for 3 weeks now ,starting my second pack in a few days ,I am pretty tired of it..
