Anatomy scan/confused

Finally had my anatomy scan at 23weeks and 3days. Of course the tech won't say a word to us but then give me pictures that I don't know what it was. she wouldn't answer any questions either. I am not sure how long before I hear from my doctor. Anyone with any knowledge about what I'm looking at will be helpful
