Try drinking herbal green tea. I buy the Yogi super antioxidant one, but they also have one called blueberry slim life and it’s pretty good. Green tea has SO many awesome benefits including helping you lose weight and reduce your risk of several diseases, including diabetes, heart disease and cancer. It also improves brain function, is good for your skin and it even helps you live longer. There’s so many more benefits. You should look it up. My great great grandma drank green tea everyday and she lived to be 103. She just passed away last year.

As long as you don't mind shitting through the eye of a needle... these 'skinny teas' or coffees or whatever are just strong laxatives. They don't help you burn fat faster or stop your body from turning sugars into fat. It just makes you shit like your rectum is a fountain. If you want to lose weight, change your diet and exercise. These aren't beneficial. 
Also side note if you're on the pill these can lessen their effectiveness because the hormones in the pill aren't always fully absorbed because of the laxative effect of these 'detox teas'.
