Flu! What can I take for aches and pains?

I have mild head cold symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, headache) but my body aches so badly.  I don’t have a fever so I haven’t called my doctor.  What can I take to ease my aches?  And at what point would you call your doctor?  It only came on yesterday around 5pm so it’s been a little over 24 hours.

Drs won’t do anything for colds unless your dehydrated. Pretty much just have to ride it out. Gargle with warm salt water, lemon honey in hot water, steam up your bathroom and sit in the steam,

I am currently down with a bad head cold with some body aches. Tylenol, Benadryl, and cough drops are helping

Tylenol will help! But my doctor did nothing when I had a cold/flu type feelings. It sucks, just try to rest a lot!
