Trying to lose weight

I’m trying to lose weight but really only on my stomach. My stomach isn’t flat but has a little extra fat on it. So I have started drinking 1/2 a gallon of water a day and cleaning up on my diet and have seen some results but minimal. So I was wondering if you guys have any tips on how to lose weight on the stomach without running (cause I hate it). I only need about 5 pounds to lose because I’m at a healthy weight but all my excess fat goes to my thighs, Butt and stomach. So any suggestions?
