Help me please?!?!

So I went on a boat with my 2 older sister and after we waited for my mom and her boyfriend to be brought back to the dock when this guy starts hitting on me and my sisters! I’m almost 14 and he looked like he was around 30. My sisters made him go away by playing it cool but he kept asking us if we wanted to hangout and he kept saying that his boat is huge. I just thought this was a little odd and so I was wondering if there were any way to handle these situations?
