I’m not confident in my self image, ...could you help?

I am really insecure about my body image, and I don’t really know what to do about it. I bought a bikini recently, and I am beating myself up about it because I’m scared to wear it. I don’t know what I was thinking. I just need a place to vent about this.

I’m not posting a pic of my bikini because I’m still scared to wear it.

being afraid and anxious while wearing it will take the fun out of every event you put that swimsuit on for. Trust me , and this even effects my kids - when it shouldn't. So I went and got something with more coverage. And to be able to just relax and enjoy myself and my family without all the worry and concern about what others see and think is so freeing dude. I'm not saying to hide your body. I'm saying to find a way to be more comfortable !
