Nexplanon help please 😅

So I’ve been in nexplanon for about a year now , and me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex , I’m too scared to let him let go inside of me 🤦🏾‍♀️ . Could I get pregnant ? Or is it highly unlikely because I feel that it would be so much more sensual that way . Idk help me please !!
