A little worried

So I went to the hospital on Friday with my son to have him checked out by the ER due to him being sick. Decided I’d do the same as i was having some burning whenever I pee’d. We both went in and the doc was a little taken back by my results (he never said anything to me even when I asked) and told me he’d do one last test to see if maybe what he was thinking was the reason for the UTI.. after asking, he advised that he was gonna do a pregnancy test. Told him no need for that as I had taken a morning after pill about 2 weeks ago. He still insisted to do one so he could rule that out. 45 mins later he comes in and agrees that YES, I have a UTI however.... *then someone knocked on the door* He answered and they briefly spoke. Once he turned around he gladly said, “Congratulations” with the biggest smile.

Anyway, I started bleeding on the Saturday after. Felt like my period was coming based on the cramps I started having. A little after 4 I headed off to the bathroom and was greeted by some blood on my liner. Dark, rose pink and even bright red. Sunday was bright red with clots. And today, it’s a light spread despite still being bright red. I’ve been having small clots since day the size of a pea. Not to mention, the clots before were a little bigger but nothing alarming.

My breasts were never sore hence me not knowing I was pregnant BUT my period never came and I was always nauseated.

Has this happened to anyone before and did you miscarry?

Your help would be greatly appreciated. I will go in tomorrow to check on my levels.

Apparently I’m 5 weeks pregnant.
