Pregnant or not?

I recently had my implant removed (month or two ago) me and my partner are not actively trying as we don’t want to make things hard. Just want it to be more natural if you know what I mean. We have sex regularly! I haven’t had a period since I came of the implant and I also have pcos. But I feel pregnant.. I’ve been pregnant before but sadly miscarried, this time around I’m getting all the same symptoms. Could it be possible...
