I NEVER got anything even close to a positive OPK and I have an 11 month old and am 18w3d pregnant with my second. I used to test 3-6 times a day for weeks on end and never caught a surge.

Have you thought of getting more sensitive LH strips. I’ve never seen them but heard it’s needed for some people who suffer from PCOS

If you don’t catch your surge you won’t see the positive.   I test twice a day (mid morning and late afternoon).  Some ppls surge doesn’t last long.

Yes. You could be taking the test wrong or missing your surge.
