9 Month Old is taking diapers off!

My mom told me I should try to potty train my daughter because she won’t leave diapers on. It doesn’t matter if she has used the bathroom or I just put one on her. I’ve tried duct tape on the straps and pull ups. I used to cloth diaper but she gets a heat rash from them so those are out. What should I do? My daughter is advanced for her age, but I don’t think potty training would work this early. What do you think? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
