Hello! I’ve been off of birth control since December and I’ve been very regular since then. Now this month I’ve been cramping and spotting for the past 4 days (not supposed to start my period for 3 more days). I’ve never been early before. Could this be implantation bleeding? I assumed implantation bleeding would be lighter than this. I’ve actually needed to use a tampon the last two days. I’m also definitely symptom spotting so I’m trying to relax. Also, 3 negative tests over the last several days. What do you think?
