First Month Weightloss (update)

So I see a little loss around my tummy but I’m not sure if it’s just the picture or not but I’m pretty happy with my first month down ☺️☺️☺️

I’m 10lbs Down in 28days! Most is water weight I’m sure but I’m one month down and I lifetime to go 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Thank you guys for the encouragement ☺️ I’m really happy that others can see it too cause I thought I was only seeing it cause I wanted to or cause I knew I had lost a few pounds ☺️

I’m still pretty big (was 288 now I’m 278) so I got a lot to go but I am very happy to be making these steps to a new life ☺️☺️

What I do: drink so much water that I hate it, I go to the gym for an hour 3-5 days a week and on the off gym days I go hiking with my boyfriend, and I personally follow a low carb diet. It is the only one that works for me. Most important thing is finding a diet you can stick with and that works for you. 60% food and 40% exercise is what I always heard and I’m starting to experience it too now!
