Fast constipation relief?

I'm 11 weeks today & constipation has been an issue for me for about the past month & a half. It seems like my digestive system has just come to a stand still. I'm on vacation now & it's been a week since my last BM & it's getting painful. Anyone have any tips on fast constipation relief? I don't want to feel like this the rest of my vaca 😢

My doctor told me it was safe to take a stool softener. I started eating activia yogurt everyday and that helped a lot so I didn’t have to take the stool softener anymore

I used milk of mag overnight relief. It seemed to work for that moment... still struggling to go more than once every 3 days. My doc recommended Colace.
