Do what feels right for you! We found everyday was too much for us and quite stressful, we started doing every other day period to period (first month proper doing it this way, as was Ill 2 months ago and then was away on business etc last month) it’s far less stressful and doesn’t feel pressured as we’d normally have sex that often anyway
