Pinching and heavy feeling in uterus

I woke up yesterday morning with a sharp pinching feeling in my lower abdomen that went straight down to my public bone. I also feel a lot of pressure similar to a UTI in that region as well (no pain when urinating though, so don’t think it’s that). Im currently 11 DPO. Today I am not experiencing this type of pain as much, but still getting the occasional pinching sensations. Have any of you experienced this feeling before? I’ve been doing way too much reading on Google and obviously there is no clear answer. 🤦🏼‍♀️
