Depo shot
I’ve been on Depo shot for about 3 and a half months I recently got my second one but I’ve gained about 15 pounds because of it, is there anyway I can go back to my old weight while still being on birth control. It’s frustrating because I’m an athlete and it’s really making me feel out of shape and depressed. Opinions? Possible ways to fix it?
