11 weeks pregnant. I did have sex last night and heard that can cause this? Should I contact my doctor?

I had something similar the other day but I wasn’t bleeding. I think it was just a mix of sweat and discharge and to be completely honest sometimes i feel like I pee myself a little when I sneeze or cough.
