Short luteal phase and vitex
Has anyone used vitex to lengthen their luteal phase? The last two months my period has shown up 9 days after ovulation!! I started vitex this cycle and currently at 10DPO but still negative tests. Idk if I’m pregnant or if it worked that fast to lengthen my luteal phase. No AF symptoms
