Is it healthy to switch ?
So I’ve been taking this brand of Prenatals and they are almost gone, and I didn’t wanna take the same kind...
And I just bought these 👇 brand new bottle.
My question is, is it ok / healthy to switch prenatal brands, & is Spring Valley a better brand ?
