Which is better? Ovulation questions

So glow says I ovulated the 8th however fertility friends says I ovulated the 3rd.... which app is more reliable? I’m trying to get the hang of bbt but it’s hard when 2 apps are telling me completely different things

Both can be wrong honestly. They’re apps so they guess. Unless you’ve used them for a long time and used OPKs

The apps sadly can always be off. Only way to know is tracking cm and using OPKs. Then using those helps inform the app :) best of luck xx

I would highly suggest using OPK strips. I find them more reliable than BBT (and definitely more reliable than any app, which is just an educated guess).
