Anyone deliver vaginally, in water and without meds?

Any tips or advice for someone hoping and planning to be able to do so? 
Did you do anything special to minimize pain, cleanup or just maximize comfort?

I delivered in a pool at home drug free ☺️ I used a tens machine until I got into the water which really helped, I was very active too walking around pacing up and down with contractions. Make sure you have some sugary sports drinks to keep your energy levels up and I found a cool damp cloth on my forehead when I was in the pool was heaven!
