Is this PreTerm Labor???

Today I’ve been feeling very weird, cramps here and there, headache, severe back pain, overall discomfort.

It’s hard to say.  I went into preterm labor with my twins at 32 weeks and it honestly didn’t feel like labor at all.  I felt achy and uncomfortable and dehydrated and just felt something wasn’t right. I called the after hours line and the doctor never called me back. The nurse called me after 30 minutes and asked if the doc had called me yet and I said no so she Paged him again and after another 30 minutes without a call back I just went to the er and I’m glad I did. I had no clue I was in active labor and I’ve had 3 kids before the twins so I know what labor feels like. Preterm labor feels different. For me at least. 
Listen to your gut. My on call doctor might not have sent me to the er and my babies would have been born too early. 
I’m not trying to scare you.  Just when in doubt it’s best to get checked out.

Potentially... how far along are you? You may want to call you OB just to be safe.

Could be Braxton Hicks but depending on how early you are (ex. 26 weeks) then go get it checked out ASAP. My sister in law started having what she thought was Braxton Hicks at around 26 weeks and the next appointment found out she was contracting, 70% effaced, and 2cm dilated.
