Any one know why this rash could be? Its on his face and stomach and he is really fussy. He is 3 months old

1. Has he been sick with a cold at all? If so, could be roseola. 
2. Have you been outside in really warm weather? Could be simple heat rash
There are multiple other things that could cause a rash like that from lotion, new detergent, being around a pet if you don’t have any. If the rash gets worse, just check in with his pediatrician.

My 3 month old has it too. I chalked it up to hormones working their way out much like NB acne.
